Teddy has a background in mergers and acquisitions, growth equity investment banking, and market and company analysis.  At Manifest, he focuses on all aspects of new deal execution and post-investment management, including sourcing, evaluating, structuring and monitoring transactions.

Previously, Teddy was an Associate at Petsky Prunier, a boutique investment banking advisory firm serving clients in the technology, digital media, e-commerce and marketing industries.

Teddy has an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BS from Georgetown University. He grew up in Chicago, lives in New York, and enjoys cooking, Chicago Bulls basketball, golf and travelling.
